Pepper handling system (CPS container)

The pepper handling system is a system that is used to automate the packaging and transporting of peppers.

There are different degrees of automation: The automation can start in the greenhouse, or it can start in the packing hall.

• Fully automated: the harvesting carts drive automatically to and from the pepper handling system, guided by an induction course.
  • The system can be used with Qii-Drive Pepper.
  • or with a Power Bee AGV that pulls Bo Cart harvesting carts with container.
• Semi-automated: You can also use a pepper handling unit in combination with a hand-operated Power Bee which pulls Bo Cart harvesting carts with container.

A pepper handling system is modular, always custom made: depending on the needs/desires of the customer and the available space in the packing hall. Together with the customer, Bogaerts greenhouse logistics always finds the best solution.

Container tipper

When the Qii-Drive reaches the pepper handling system, the container tipper carefully empties the Qii-Drives’ container onto a conveyor belt.

Combination with Qii-Pal

To extend the automation even further, the handling system can be combined with the Qii-Pal automatic forklift. The Qii-Pal automatically transports CPS containers to and from the packing hall.
